In collaboration with Johnson Naylor the last four penthouses to be delivered in the Gasholders seeks to transform the apartments through progressively extensive shell and core modifications to create four unique offerings. The schemes include two new staircases and operable roof lights to access roof terraces.

One staircase is minimal and elegant, designed to open up views to the facade and beyond from the apartment entrance. The sweeping helical form acts as a sculptural feature, whilst allowing clear sight lines through the apartment.

In contrast the other staircase spans across all three levels of the penthouse, changing its character from an integrated joinery element to lighter suspended form ascending to roof level.
